Machinist – 1st / 2nd shift

Set up and operate standard milling machine, lathe, drill press, grinder and other machine tools as directed under general supervision. CNC experience preferred.  Click here to view the full job description.

Line Operator (Sheet & Rod)- 1st/2nd Shift

Experienced operators to run automated lines for cut to length operations and threaded rod products. Should be able to use calipers, micrometers, and various quality check-fixtures to verify parts meet drawing specifications. Click here to view the full job description.

 

Headerman – 1st / 2nd shift

Experienced operator to run 3 cold heading lines (1 die, 2 blow and 2 die, 3 blow machines).  Operator would have shared responsibility for set-up as well.  Must have mechanical skills, the ability to read prints and make adjustments to machine tooling/settings as required.  10-15 years experience preferred. 

 

Production Welder – 1st / 2nd shift

Must have experience with production MIG welding / flux-core in all positions. Must be able to read prints and have the ability to use calipers, micrometers, and various quality check-fixtures to verify parts meet drawing specifications.  2-3 years experience preferred and a welding certification would be a plus.
