New Capabilities

Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to have our current and potential customers push us to develop new products and processes, and this work continues. We recently added over 15,000 square feet in our main facility in Atlanta, GA in order to grow our stamping and tool and die capabilities. With stamping, we added a 1000T press line, and as demand increases have plans for more high-tonnage lines. On the tool and die front, we added wire EDM, multiple CNC machining centers and other support equipment to improve responsiveness and reduce costs for both maintenance and new tool and fixture builds. As with all growth, these efforts direct relate to our ongoing ability to service our customers.

Our New Fort Wayne Indiana Plant

In 2013, we opened an operation in Fort Wayne, Indiana to warehouse and distribute product to local customers. Since that time, we’ve continued to add manufacturing capacity in an effort to develop redundancy for all key processes and to provide a local manufacturing solution for certain segments of our customer base. In 2016 we expanded our Fort Wayne facility to over 65,000 square feet and now have redundant capability for all stamping and fabrication processes.

In the Spotlight

To better serve our customer base, we now offer u-bolts & bent bolts to complement our other product offerings.  Phoenix Stamping has the capability to produce up to 1 ¼” diameter u-bolts in various material grades and finishes.

We now offer a complete line of marine brackets which includes swivel brackets, roller brackets and shafts, bunk brackets and bolster brackets.

Latest Product Releases

We’ve recently expanded our manufacturing capabilities with the addition of cold-headed products. The integration of the cold heading process centers primarily around the ability to produce rivets for our internal consumption within our other product lines.

We now offer packaged u-bolt kits for axles and slipper hanger trailer kits for our distribution customers.

We’ve added bar-coding to all parts using Code 39 language bar codes.

New Capabilities Added

We are committed to the customers and markets which we serve and demonstrate that through the addition of new capabilities and our continuing reinvestment in equipment and our people.

We’ve recently added an additional fully automatic u-bolt line that is capable of making up to 1” dia. u-bolts.
